Felipe is/was working moving/merging the pecl bugs to bugs.php.net, I think you just got caught in the middle of it. One of your links points to pecl.php.net/bugs, and the closed bug is on bugs.php.net. I would suggest using the bugs.php.net only: https://bugs.php.net/search.php?search_for=&boolean=0&limit=30&order_by=&direction=DESC&cmd=display&status=Open&bug_type=All&package_name%5B%5D=amqp&php_os=&phpver=&cve_id=&assign=&author_email=&bug_age=0&bug_updated=0 Felipe will/should remove the bugs from pecl.php.net altogether when/if the merge is complete.
