I want to publish my PHP Extension in PECL

Hi I am a php developer,I have written a PHP extension and would like it listed within the PECL directory. CMEM Server which developed by Tencent is a high-performance, distributed key-value store , just like Memcached (http://memcached.org/) or Membase Server(http://www.couchbase.org/get/couchbase/current). The difference between them is that: data from Memcached or Membase is like VALUE key flags bytes\r\n data block\r\n data form CMEM Server is like VALUE key return flags bytes\r\n data block\r\n Because the return data is additional, so I made this PHP extension called cmem(http://code.google.com/p/cmem/), which based on memcached extension( http://pecl.php.net/package/memcache), uses PHP3.01 license. Now, I want punish this to PECL, so I need an PECL account.
