New extension proposal: Twig

Hi, I'm Fabien Potencier, the lead developer of Twig, a PHP template engine (http://twig.sensiolabs.org/). We just finished developing a C extension for Twig to enhance the performance of the main runtime bottleneck. This PHP extension has been developed by Derick Rethans and tweaked by Arnaud Le Blanc. It should work on PHP 5.2/5.3/5.4 on both *nix and Windows. The code is hosted here: https://github.com/fabpot/Twig/tree/master/ext/twig and it is released under the BSD license (https://github.com/fabpot/Twig/blob/master/ext/twig/LICENSE). If possible, I would like to host this new extension on PECL.
