We have written a C extension for PHP

Dear pecl, We are the PHP developers from Beijing koramgame. We have written a PHP extension and would like it listed within the PECL directory. This extension named ConstCache is an optimizer extension for PHP by C language. It imitates the API of Memcache, and adds some additional methods. In order to being beneficial to performance optimize, it uses small storage granularity and the way of sharing memory to store data and the data will never be deleted(can be clear all).
