One more thing: who is responsible for managing PECL accounts and account
requests?
I am asking because I've had to try couple of times to actually guess some
available username and which email I haven't used in that form before.
This means there is a bunch of stale PECL account requests from me, with
various names and emails used, which were now preventing me to use the
desired ones (nickname afro does not bother me that much (would prefer my
name anyway), but I would like to change email to another one).
As this is spam-sensitive information, I would prefer to communicate it
directly with person "in charge".
Thank you,
b.
