new extension proposal: Sundown

Hi everybody, this is Shuhei, I work for php developer in Japan. I'm in love with php development so I decided to provide some PHP extension last year. I'd like to propose another Markdown extension which is wrapping sundown markdown parser / render library. what's the difference between pecl-Markdown and Sundown? Sundown is a fast, robust Markdown parsing library, originally created by Natacha Porté and improved Vicent Marti. The most big difference is: Sundown is able to define custom markdown render. My extension inspired Redcarpet ruby extension which created by Vicent.
