TA extension

Hi, I'd like to suggest an extension named TA for PECL. TA stands for "Technical Analysis" and is a wrapper for http://ta-lib.org/ . The TA-Lib contains about 150 calculation routines for financial indexes and math functions (see the homepage for the available function list and more explanation under http://tadoc.org/ ). Besides C the original implementation is exported for Java and C#. A very alpha tarball can be downloaded under http://belsky.info/uploads/my/ta.tar.gz . The routine signatures was adopted to work with typical PHP data structures and are not identical with that from the original library. The accent was on easily accepting data from DB selects. Ta-Lib is licensed under a slightly modified BSD license and the ext would be licensed under the two clause BSD license. TA-Lib would be integrated and delivered along with the PHP extension.
