It is part of the regular docbook-xml based documentation. You can ask the phpdoc folks if you need help. They have a mailing list and also the online doc editor at edit.php.net. The raw docs for APC are here: http://svn.php.net/viewvc/phpdoc/en/trunk/reference/apc/ -Rasmus Thanks Rasmus, after some blundering I've found my way to https://wiki.php.net/doc/howto etc., that give me the pointers that I need. I am still finding my way around -- like the PHP team have moved the source control to git, but still use svn for a lot of the peripherals like documentation -- which is why I couldn't find it in your github repository.
I realise that the PHP user documentation needs to be multi-lingual from the get-go because of its global install base, so there are sound arguments for keeping its CI hierarchy separate from the source base. However I don't really need to get my teeth into user documentation just yet at this early experimental stage. I really thinking more of the developer documentation, which is what I would embed in the source. I guess that I'll just follow your TECHNOTES.txt lead. //Terry
