PHP 5.4.29 RC1 Released

With this we hope to make sure that you are either aware of things that might break, or to make sure we don't introduce any strange regressions. The first RC of the PHP 5.4.29 was just released and can be downloaded from: http://downloads.php.net/stas/ The Windows binaries are available at http://windows.php.net/qa/ This release contains a number of bugfixes. For the list of bugfixes that you can target in your testing, please refer to the NEWS file: https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/php-5.4.29RC1/NEWS The release is planned in 2 weeks, May 29th, if no critical issues will be discovered in the RC.
