If you "forget about design" it will never be made, bcz you´ve to change a lot pages more the later you do.

I don't see this as a large problem. I have lots of experience with integrating existing functionality and content into a new design. If anything, I find it helpful to already know what is getting placed into the new design.

- I prefer rough two - fubar logo and one of these cat logos, do not know which anymore lost links... :)
