Hi
The FDF-extension crashes PHP on windows when loaded. It should
therefore not be included in the windows distribution if the bug
(#14877) cannot be resolved in time.
The last time it worked has been in 4.2.3 release. I'm quite shure the
bug has been introduced when the FDF extension was updated to be
compatible with the Version 5 FDFTk last autumn.
