I'm compiling the RC1 from;
http://www.php.net/~andi/php-4.0.2RC1.tar.gz
On MacOSX Server 1.2 with Apache 1.3.12 using;
./configure --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs
--with-config-file-path=/Local/Library/WebServer/Configuration
There is an error message when I install the build, transcript is below:

Another strange thing is that the configure-script didn't like the apxs
that was installed with Apache 1.3.12 so I had to use the old one, the
configure gave the following output:
[mrx:Users/patrik/php-4.0.2RC1] root# ./configure
--with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs --w
ith-config-file-path=/Local/Library/WebServer/Configuration
