When we have some entries in the DB (in the next days ?) We can start improving the Extensions / OS relation : aka pushing default checked extensions where it applies depending on the OS.That should be quite simple to implement - the only challenge will be maintaining an up-to-date list :)
Thanks - I wanted something that was simple for other people to maintain. It hardly gets any simpler than newline delimited text :)+ <td><font face="Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> + <select name="field[version]"> + <?+ $selected_version[$field[version]] = ' selected';+ foreach (file ($php_version_list) as $option) + printf ('<option%s>%s</option>', $selected_version[$option], $option); + ?> + </select> + </font> + </td>*** I like that piece of code.
Question : do we maintain a separate "PHP Versions" file AND the DB entries or do we connect the two or just keep one ?I would keep the separate.
ok+ <tr bgcolor="#F0F0F0"> + <td><font face="Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> + <b>3.2</b> Web Server + </font> + </td>++ <td align="center"><font face="Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> + <input type="text" name="field[server_name]" value="<?= $field[server_name] ?>" size="32" maxlength="56" /> + </font></td>++ <td align="center"><font face="Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> + <input type="text" name="field[server_version]" value="<?= $field[server_version] ?>" size="7" maxlength="28" /> + </font> + </td> + </tr>+ *** Could be field[web_server_name] and field[web_server_version] so we distinguish between all types of servers... Modified the database according to the above.
:) I still need to clean it up a bit.+ <tr bgcolor="#F0F0F0"> + <td><font face="Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> + <b>3.3</b> Database + </font> + </td>++ <td align="center"><font face="Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> + <input type="text" name="field[database_name]" value="<?= $field[database_name] ?>" size="32" maxlength="56" /> + </font></td>++ <td align="center"><font face="Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> + <input type="text" name="field[database_version]" value="<?= $field[database_version] ?>" size="7" maxlength="28" /> + </font> + </td>*** Added the above to the database. ++ <table border="1" width="100%"> + <? + $modules = file ($module_list); + $no_of_cells = count ($modules); + for ($n=0, $col = 0, $row = 0; $n < $no_of_cells; ++$n) { + $module = trim ($modules[$n]); + $line = '<td><font face="Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" SIZE="2">'; + $line .= sprintf ('<input type="checkbox" name="field[module][%s]" %s/> %s ', $module, ($field[module][$module] ?
