PHP 4.0 Bug #6502 Updated: php4isapi "Dr Watsons" IIS when installed as filter (fwd)

Can someone familiar with bugs.php make these Emails contain the entire history of the bug report, instead of just the latest addition? It's often (more often than not IMHO) useless without its context, and you have to go to the web site to get a clue about what the bug is.
