Just to be sure, does feedback status now mean that we are waiting for feedback from the user?generally yes case a) last reply from QA/DEV = yes case b) last reply from user = no (nobody has yet answered and needs to morph feedback into something different or ask further questions) case c) explicit feedback from DEVS is need, does very rarely make sense, because mailing is the faster an more proper way most often andré
