Hello PHP/QAT Members,
The time has come again to try and rally everyone together to test a new
release candidate.
If you have the time and the inclination, please grab the latest source
from CVS.
Also, James Moore has put a Win32 PHP 4 binary at:
ftp://ftp.phpuk.org/downloads/
Good luck and happy testing!
- Zak
