No problems with 4.0.3 RC1 (CVS: php4-200009120045)
Tested on Debian Slink Linux - Apache 1.3.12 + mod_php

I´ve also tested the new file upload functions, is_uploaded_file() and
move_uploaded_file(), without any errors. Also built yesterdays CVS snapshot
on FreeBSD 4.0 without any probs.
