I've just read the discussion on php-dev and would be happy to help with QA
efforts.
I run PHP-cgi/IIS/WinNT4/MySQL on a couple of production machines as well as
my own development box.
I would normally try out release candidates and the early announcement of
the final release version on all my own code anyway (although I missed 4.0.1
due to being on holiday over the weekend), so it would not cause me any
extra hassle to formally report successes and failures. I can also, work
pressures permitting, test building the win32 version.
