Latest CVS on Win32

I'm currently experiencing strange things with the latest CVS built as on my Win32 system. phpOpenTracker has a test script, called test.php. When I access test.php while I have no internet connection everything works fine. When an internect connection is alive the first access to test.php results in a crash of php.exe, a reload produces a correct result of test.php. I do not understand this behaviour. I spent the lst hours with tracking the crash inside phpOpenTracker's source to a code segement that causes it, but failed in doing so.
