RE: [PHP-QA] OpenBSD 2.8 compile failure

Here is the patch to ltconfig for OpenBSD-2.x: Could I request that this gets testing by whoever in the QA team runs OpenBSD, to make sure it doesn't cause any accidental hiccups? Remember that it will compile fine without this patch, but will fail to find any shared libraries.
