There's one Zend issue we'd like to fix before 4.0.4, so please hold the final RC. It's the issue of using constants as array keys in array() (and possibly other places). We consider it a showstopper, since the current behavior is wrong, and we don't want people to rely on it. I hope we can get this issue resolved by tomorrow.
