All right, I'm used to compiling PHP myself with --enable-discard-path and
using it on Unix with suEXEC. As I don't use PHP and Windows much, I thought
precompiled binaries behaved the same way.
I wrote a Webmail client that uses $PHP_SELF and wanted to be sure it would
work the same way on Win32 in case some people would want to. I thought
$PHP_SELF would be transparent through all SAPI... oh well :)
I just checked http://www.php.net/manual/language.variables.predefined.php
and this is only mentioned in the user notes, perhaps it could be in the
manual itself ?
