(Incompetent linux user warning!)
I've just built 4.0.4pl1RC1 on Suse 6.4 (as a cgi) without any trouble and
it seems to work fine.
For the first time, I thought I'd try to run the regressions tests, but the
test keeps bombing out in initialize() with the error 'PHP CGI binary not
executable'.
To my mind, the fact that it got that far shows beyond dispute that it is
executable!
Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong?
