Semi-successful 4.0.4 pl 1 RC 1 Build (CGI)

Basic scripts run (<?php echo 1 ?>, <?php phpinfo() ?>, etc... However attempts to run tests fail: % ./php -q run-tests.php > ~zak/public_html/test.out PHP CGI binary (/php) not executable. Please compile PHP as a CGI executable and try again. php is executable - perms 0755 If I copy the executable to the root /php - then I get the error message: No tests were run. Building PHP-4.0.4 with the same configure line runs the tests properly.
