Using php-4.0.4pl1RC2, under WinNT4 SP6:

Error executing link.exe.
The zend_ini_shutdown function is not exported, not #include'd.
Otherwise, everything builds fine under this configuration.
(Oh, except that running 'clean' removes some files and trying to recreate
them brings up the old 'bison -S' is not supported error.)
