Hi, I use freeTDS (http://www.freetds.org) to access MS SQL servers from my Solaris Web server box. When I compile PHP either as Apache module or stand alone CGI, I always bump on missing libraries: ld: fatal: library -lsybtcl: not found ld: fatal: library -lcomn: not found ld: fatal: library -lcs: not found If I change all the makefiles not to include thos in the build process the building goes fine and the sybase functionality fully works. FreeTDS does not offer those yet and apperantly they are not needed. Is there a way that I can tell PHP at configure time not to use those libraries? Or can PHP find out that these are unavailable so it doesn't use them? Not sure this is the correct list to post this too, if not, please forward this to the right list. Thanks -- Thierry Coopman - thierry@keytrade.com My opinions are personal, and have really nothing or nothing to do with Keytrade! Meddle ye not in the affairs of wizards, for thou art crunchy and good with ketchup.
