FYI
I thought it might be something to do with my locale. I changed locale, rebuild
and tested again. No changes in test results. Or should I set it to C?
With RC1 test scripts, all tests that supposed to be passed were ok with
ja_JP.eucJP.

Pear tests are all failed for both locale setting. Are Pear tests supposed to be
passed with RC6 test scripts?
