I noticed small inconsistency between NEWS and README.BCMATH.
According to news file:
- Integrated the Phil Nelson's bc math library routines into PHP, now that
the license allows it (Phil Nelson <phil@cs.wwu.edu>)
I see README.BCMATH file in RC6. How about remove it?
