Just built and tested RC7 on Win NT4 IIS as CGI. Works fine with all my general/mysql stuff + phpmyadmin + phorum. Also, just built RC7 (--with-mysql --with-apxs) on Suse 7.1 Linux. It seemed to build and install ok but I can't get apache to restart (it was working fine with 4.0.4pl1 before). There's a very good chance I've just done something silly so I'll persevere and report back later.
