4.0.6 Windows installation notes

You may remember a couple of weeks ago, I started a thread on the release notes for Windows needing a serious update. At the suggestion of James Moore, I edited the source of the installation chapter for the PHP manual so that we could base the installation notes on those. The attached file is basically hacked from the xml manual source and, IMHO, should become the Readme.txt file for the Windows distributions and should replace the old readme.txt. The old install.txt file should be removed. I'm working in a bit of a brain damaged environment at the moment and I haven't got CVS access to anything. Could the Windows users amongst you have a read through and if there are no complaints, could some kind soul update CVS including the 4.0.6 branch with the file. Thanks -- Phil Driscoll
