cvs -d:pserver:andy@cvs.php.net:/repository login
Password: <your cvs password>
cvs -d:pserver:andy@cvs.php.net:/repository co phpdoc
Now cd into phpdoc and make the appropriate change under the en/ tree.
Then type "cvs commit" from the top phpdoc/ directory.
