PHP-4.0.7RC1

Hello guyz... I tried to build PHP from the latest CVS yesterday but failed to ./buildconf for an autoconf version error. On Debian 2.13 and 2.52 co-exist and it seems that only 2.13 is recognized (Debian SID). Even changing the default for autoconf to 250 () didn't work.
