But it's not Apache that's broken -- They've configured Apache incorrectly
to not return the right stuff...
It's not a PHP bug, and we don't even know how wide-spread the problem is.
I'd vote "not critical"
It's maybe worth looking into to see how many servers are broken in this
manner, and supporting them in a future release.
