why PHP does not support this advantge

I am learning coldfusion  ...and PHP ..   I see some advantge that the PHP does not Support it   the first advantge is that the qeury excute every 10 minutes or every limited time (you choose the time in the function as aparameter of this function or tag ) , that mean when the first user request the site it will be connect to the database and excute query and take the result , but the second or other users in this ten minutes will take only the result from cach or a place and  will not connect to the database , i think that will be  good , because there are a limited connection to mysql database , and i think its free good for a memory ...   the second is , query of query that mean you can do two query ...and one query of this two query , thats mean you that you deal with two query result as new tables ..   thank you for interesting ..   good byeGet your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
