I think we'd want to categorize annotations:
- omissions & errors in the documentation
(keep & forward to PHPDOC)
- platform specific notes
(keep & forward to PHPDOC?)
- bug reports
(delete & email the submitter with pointer to bugs.php.net)
- irrelevant/spam
(delete & email the submitter to suggest appropriate forum)
- questions which would be better suited for a tutorial
(delete & email appropriate forum suggests & collect for zend.com?)
- comments which should be moved to either a separate section or a
higher level - e.g. a comment about mysql_query() might be general enough to
put in the main MySQL section
(keep & forward to PHPDOC)
I think quite a few things could be collected for the FAQ lists, too. In
many cases, links might be collected for the various sections, particularly
if they answer questions which refer to some program other than PHP.
