4.1.0RC1 build

Hi there, I'm a bit lagging behind the PHP development, so sorry for this late report. PHP fails to build with Sybase 11.0.3 _depending_ on other modules: I have found gd-1.8.3 and curl-7.9 to trigger this problem. See the output of make below. (With PHP built statically it's the apache's configure that bombs out in the test compilation.)
