Hi, 4.1.0RC1 is out, download it from http://www.php.net/~ssb/php-4.1.0RC1.tar.gz
This link is broken, where can I get 4.1.0RC1? And wouldn't it be a good idea to place those RC's all together, on snaps.php.net for example... you need to search to the announce post each time because location varies... :(

Goot idea. http://qa.php.net/RC/ or like might be better place. -- Yasuo Ohgaki
