Possible bug produces itself when using pop3 and the mailbox is *empty*. It
appears as a E_NOTICE, however
one that can't be suppressed in certain circumstances.
For example:
<?php
imap_open('{you.mail.server/pop3:110}INBOX', 'username', 'password');
?>
That will produce the error *if* the mailbox is empty. Alsoif you prepend an
it will
appear.
This does too (with or without the @):
<?php
error_reporting(0);
@imap_open('{you.mail.server/pop3:110}INBOX', 'username', 'password');
error_reporting(E_ALL);
?>
However if the last line is removed (ie error_reporting is not turned back
up) then the error
won't appear.
Perhaps someone could confirm? This doesn't happen in 4.0.6 fwiw.
