Hello All,
Just thought that I would post a quick update on what is happening with the QA effort.
Progress on the bug database is still going strong. There are currently about 260 open bugs that have not been analyzed or assigned - about 90 less than when I made the last report.
I have not taken the time to actually analyze the messages from the bugs database, but it looks like Hartmut, waldschrott, Stanislav, Derick and Joey have been doing some serious bug thumping.
I have been working on several different areas.
- closing/validating bugs
- installing various servers on my Win2k system. Right now I can test with Apache, OmniHTTPd, Xitami and IIS (CGI version only - the ISAPI filter has proven difficult to get working) I also have downloaded Roxen.
I keep hoping to be able to work on the bug system - however, Rasmus has been beating me to the punch. I will have to schedule the work like a regular project, or I may never get it done. When I have a rough schedule and requirements document, I will post it to the list and add it to the website.
Zak
