Hello All,
While I did manage to complete my schedule, I did not really have time to
finish the requirements for the mods to the bug reporting system.
However, here are some very rough notes on proposed changes.
Sorry that I am running behind. The last 4 or 5 days have been exciting,
interesting and totally non-condusive to sleep!

Guided interface for new users.
Fast interface for experienced users.
Guided submission
