Build complete. The make test is cleaner than RC4.
The LDAP-related bug is not there anymore =8)
Bugs marked critical are still there :
#8449 related to associative arrays and register_globals = On : workaround : do not use associative arrays in GET vars or use register_globals = Off.
#13703 related to method redefinitions. Still postponed to a later release.
#14136 related to xslt [crashes if not xslt_free()] : workaround is to *use* xslt_free(). The scripts now works, even if the crash is there.
Please someone test #11813 on Win32.

Note that the session tests seem to break if register_globals = off.
After the 4.1.0 release we should work on those tests.
