PHP/QAT Membership

Hi, My name is Karl Austin and I run a web design, programming and hosting company and I would like to join the PHP/QAT team. My skills include: Web Development in PHP, HTML (Top 2% on brainbench certification), JavaScript Programming in Visual Basic MySQL database development General Graphic Design Websites designed and worked on include: http://www.lincs.co.uk - Whole site http://www.childrens-choices.org.uk - Backend databases http://www.ktechvb.com - Personal site (Work in progress) http://www.kdawebservices.com/index.php (Content not complete) http://www.design-associates.net - Just a quick mock up site for one of my businesses Platforms include: Windows 2000 + Apache 1.3.12 + PHP4 Windows 98 + Apache 1.3.12 + PHP4 RedHat 5.1 (Serious custom build - not much like RedHat 5.1 at all) + PHP 3.0.12 + Apache 1.3.9 Upgrading above to RedHat 6.1 + PHP4 soon Aims and objectives: To take PHP to the masses and get it into companies that would usually use ASP and/or Microsoft only solutions Wouldn't mind working on the QAT website If time allows (I have a business and am studying Software Engineering as well) I am willing to help out with a membership system for the QAT website. Can test on all the platforms mentioned, can build on the Win32 platforms if time allows, may also be able to provide testing on Windows ME as well. In the future (If our company makes enough money - It's a start-up) then we may be able to provide web space for script development (Unfortunately not compiling PHP though), the servers are currently RedHat 5.1, Apache 1.3.9 + PHP 3.0.12 they are being upgraded to RedHat 6.1 + PHP4 sometime this month. A complete spec of the server software can be found on our PHP info page ( http://host.kdawebservices.com/info.phtml ) the machines are Dual PIII-550 with 512MB RAM. Thanks, Karl Austin KDA Web Services Tel: 07968 330372 Email: karl@kdawebservices.com
