Forgot to answer this. Older flush functions are just deleting active buffer. It worked mostly when there is only one output buffer. However, we have nested output buffer and flush functions deleted current active buffer wrongly and causing a lot of mess. I fixed this wrong behavior, but I didn't implemented flush for nested output buffer. There are many thing have to done to implent flush. It's in my todo (in Zeev's todo list also, may be. :), but there is no time to make it for 4.2.0. -- Yasuo OhgakiFYI: flush feature for nested output buffer must be implemented. My patch does not implement it, but it just disabled broken flush implementation. Work around is disabling output buffering ;) This is one of the reason why I force "make test" to use php.ini-dist.I still do not think that is a wise idea, and when exactly does the flush not work?
