I agree that a QA database is very important - however, I feel that it would be best if the application was open source and resided on one of the PHP servers.
I agree, but I fear that the project won´t grow up if we find no starting point. I´ll offer my services (closed source,no php server) if no one is going to find time to rewrite the bug database, the complete regression or QA member database could be transferred as soon as another interface has been created.
Maybe things can be done for now without a database, not comfortable, sure.
