codepage for a COM object didn\\\'t fix the problem. The second parameter _must_ be 0 if the
codepage is CP_UTF8, but as patched the parameter is set to MV_ERR_INVALID_CHARS. In
ext/com/conversion.c on lines 772 and 782 the close paranthesis after MB_PRECOMPOSED should be after
MB_ERR_INVALID_CHARS instead:
