Could you post the relevant *.exp and *.out files?

There are known problems with EUC-JP encoding on BSD platforms. I don't suppose
`iconv -f EUC-JP -t UTF-8 filename' on the shell will work as well.

Have posted a fix for this weeks ago. These tests need a skipif.

This should not fail, after all the array fixes that have been done.

I can't see what should fail there. Can you post a diff -u of 001.exp and 001.out.

Can you tell if this fails, because the preciscion changed from 14 to 12?
If not, please post diffs of the relevant *.exp and *.out.

Same here. Can you post diffs?

What is your expat version? Did you use the bundled or your own?

Not sure if this is a test is at fault or not. I don't see how in that test
ob_get_level() can ever return 3. Maybe it'll do that, in an installation where
output buffering is enabled by default (setting the level to 1 even before any
script is passed) - but in the php.ini-dist config that doesn't apply.
