Build Tool Available

I dropped a perl script into the qaweb cvs under /tools You may grab it off the cvs or from the web at http://qa.php.net/tools This will sync the Zend and php cvs (zend grabs Zend and TSRM modules) to the directory of your choice, and run buildconf, essentially getting you to the point that downloading a stable release and untarring it would (all you have to do past here is configure, make, make install) I am still working on automating the cvs logins so for now, it asks you to login (it logs in ass cvsread adn gives you the passwords so its pretty easy) Thought this would make everyon'es lives easier.
