TestFest organization & development

Hello lads and gals, So after a short get together with Lukas yesterday we discussed a bit about how we could handle the whole process of registering to the TestFest (from a contributor standpoint), how to send in tests to be reviewed, how would mentors organize their time, etc. This will most likely be handled by a web interface that we are planning but one thing I would like to know is: "Who would be willing to invest some of it's time into developing the "web" platform for the TestFest project. I am going to be giving some time of course, but what I'd like to know now is "who" would like to help in this web development project ? We of course understand if you can't give a yes or no since there are no specifications just yet (we should be coming up with some sort of specs document or some drawings to outline what has to be done).
