The PHP Coding Style refers to C code, not PHP code. I've read through
it, and about the only thing in it that actually applies to PHP code is
the indentation rules.
I don't think it makes sense to tell people to use a C coding standard
minus everything C-specific. I perfer to tell them to use the PEAR
coding standard, potentially plus some special rules we might set in the
future.
