Hi,
After my raytracer proposal, I will propose you the sunspider benchmark.

It's a implementation of the runner and some benchmarks (bitops,
controlflow).
The advantage of sunspider, is to have a webrunner. And it run each test 5
times.
It's maybe not the most adapted to php. But it offer a basis to work.
